IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Parents: Practices have started! This means its time for all the wonderful reminders. Calendars, Clothing orders, Defense Soap orders and VEWL approved compression shirts and shorts orders. If you have not received any of this information please let your coaches know so we can get you it.

Parents: PLEASE ensure your wrestler is taking the time to get clean after each practice. We also need you to make sure that your wrestlers nails are trimmed and that all hair that is longer is covered with a compression cap. These measures are for their safety and the safety of everyone is the wrestling room.

-side not on long hair. The league (VEWL) is cracking down on long hair and it being covered. If your wrestlers hair is not in a compression cap or short where its not in the way, your wrestler will be penalized by the league and could cost our team penalty points.
